Hi there - I bet some of you didn't even recall that you signed up for this
list serve since it's so quiet. Well, it really hsn't been front of mind
for us here at CCB, either.

If you haven't heard, there is a CCB Alumni Committee, which includes some
current staff members. Charles Bennett, our Employment Specialist, is
tasked with coordinating with alumni.

We communicate via our database list and you may be getting those emails.
But some of you might not be. We just added the email of a 1997 graduate.
Pretty cool, but of course we weren't collecting email addresses in 1997
because so few of us had them then.

So, if you are getting our emails, you can stop reading here. If not, I'll
paste a plea below to give us your email and some other info about what
you've been up to. Oh, and you can always reply to me off the list at
dburke at cocenter.org

The Colorado Center for the Blind is committed to growing its community of
alumni through the dynamic work of our CCB Alumni committee. Whether you
graduated from CCB recently or years ago, we want to stay in touch with
you. We’ll make sure we keep you up to date on the latest at CCB and
upcoming alumni activities.



If you are a CCB graduate and are not currently receiving our emails, we
would love to hear from you. Please go to  our CCB Reconnect form

including your email address, or send a quick message to alumni at cocenter.org.
Then we can add you to our distribution list.

We offer regular opportunities to stay engaged with CCB and its alumni
community:

*           Monthly Alumni Calls (via Zoom): First Saturday of each month |
10:00 – 11:30 AM (MT) where you will hear from fellow alums and current
staff

*           Weekly Philosophy Discussions: Every Friday | 11:15 AM – 12:00
PM (MT)

*           CCB Alumni Facebook group: Join our active and growing online
community to connect and share resources



Please help us spread the word. We are especially excited to hear from
those who were students in the 1980s and 1990s – before many of us used
email! If you know fellow CCB alumni who may not be connected, please share
