[Cabs] Joe Orozco Appointed NABS Director of Communication

Dear Students:

I wanted to let everyone know that the NABS board has voted to appoint Joe
Orozco to the position of communications director. He will work to build
cooperative relationships between NABS and other entities including
nonprofits, potential funders, media outlets, and more.

Joe approached the NABS board earlier this year with a plan outlining what
he wished to do and asked if he could serve as a liaison in order to help
the student division reach its full potential. Joe will work under my
supervision and will report to the board on a regular basis. 

If you are interested in becoming involved in NABS or have ideas in mind
regarding how you could help, please contact me. I encourage you to put your
interests to work in ways that can improve NABS.
