[Cabs] January 11: Revision on time of cabs meeting

Hello all,
There has been a request from Scot that we move the time of the cabs meeting from 3:30 P.M., to 6:00 P.M. on Friday.  This will alow everyone who wishes to attend the meeting a chance to do so.  I look forward to seeing you all then.
