[Cabs] atention

Amy,
First of all, the cabs treasury was used to send marty and myself to
washington seminar.
Second, I spoke to eva this weekend.
This is why I mentioned the banquet ticket idea.
As secretary of cabs, she may need to be there to take notes.
As for national convention, many students were funded by their chapters.
Furthermore, Eva is a student who is also a mother.
If we can help her, and if she wants to accept it.
Then I believe that this is an important thing to do as cabs.
Other than national convention, and washington seminar, what do you
believe are more important things that we should spend the treasury on?
Cabs is an organization that listens to its members.
So please enlightnin us on the things that you suggest that we spend the
treasury on.
Oh and do you believe that we shouldn't pay someone to transport people
to the springs, for the cabs picnic?, or should we not donate money to
the Pac plan?
Finally, I am sorry you and becky are sick.
However, becky needs to be on the conference call.
Even if its for a few minutes or for the intire call.
I have a couple of assignments for her.
As for the leadership seminar on thursday night, both scott and brent
have written me and said that they want people from both chapters and
devisions at the seminar.
Since becky is a member of the cabs board, I expect her to be at the
leadership seminar.
I also expect her to help with filling snack packs.
As wel as contribute and participate in the planning and production of
the seminar.
Her term doesn't ind until sunday morning, unless she is elected again.
So she has many obligations to fulfill as a board member.
 Correct me if I am wrong, but I was under the empression that you both
have a room for thursday night.
I believe check in is after three.
You are a member of cabs, and you are certainly welcome to volunteer to
assist with things, such as obtaining more door prizes for the student
seminar, or anything else that you feel like volunteering for.
Just let me know.
I will be happy to put you to work.

This way there will be no misunderstanding.

hello mellissa,

thanks for sending the information to the list for the conference call
for wednesday night. this is fine with me and the time as well too. but,
we might not be on it, because we are both sick, and we will have to see
how we are both feeling.

as for the banquet ticket for eva this is a good thought, but i don't
think that the treasury should do this. we could us the money for more
important things like for scholarships, funding for students to
washington seminar or to national convention. plus, i saw her at the
denver chapter meeting this past weekend, and she said that she didn't
know if she was going to attend banquet. she is only definately coming
on saturday afternoon, and will be coming and somewhat lleaving for
convention.

as for the leadership dinner, it's only through invitation only, and we
haven't received one. plus, both becca and i don't know when we will be
arriving at the hotel on thursday night.
