[Cabs] atention

 Hello all.
Tonight's conference call was postponed because of some technical
difeculties.
In order to not have this occurrence again.
I have contacted President Labarre and asked if we can use the state
line.
I am thinking of either wendisday evening, or sunday evening.
This time it will go off no matter what.
Unless, we want to look like some of the previous CABS adminestrations.
Please have suggestions available for the seminar.
We will only have the room from 2:00 PM, ttill 5:00 Pm.
Considering that that there is a banquet reception at 6:00.
I am thinking that we shouldn't have the seminar end at 5:00.
This is when all of the other seminars will end as well.
This will not give us time to change for banquet and show up for the
reception.
Some of us have to show up for the reception.
Second, just a reminder.
All positions are up for re-election.
You must pay dues of 5.00 dollars.
You must be in the room to run for a position.
 
Next, I would like us to sponser our secretary Eva Adams's banquet
tickets.
If she would like this to occur.
Next, Thursday evening, there will be a leadership seminar at: 6:30 PM.
Scott would like to have people there representing each chapter and
devision in the Affilliate.
Besides, maurice, marty, diane, and myself, who else will be there
Thursday evening?
Please e-mail me and let me know.
This way I can have an idea concerning the students.
I believe that is all for now.
I will e-mail the final time for the conference call.
What do you all think of either wednesday or sunday evening?, or do you
all have any other suggestions?
Finally, welcome the CABS  members at UCCS to the list.
I look forward to meeting you all on saturday and getting you all
involved  with the state devision.
