An open letter to the NFBCO Scholarship class of 2007

            Greetings,

As October comes to an end I wanted to take a belated
opportunity, as CABS President, to congratulate you on winning a scholarship
from the NFB of Colorado. I trust the money is helpful, and hope that your
experience at our state convention and continuing involvement with the NFB
is even more so.

I also wished to let you know that applications for our National
scholarships are available at www.nfb.org <http://www.nfb.org/> . I suggest
each of you apply. As you succeed in academic and other endeavors you are
helping change what it means to be blind.

If I can be of any help I am always at your service. Please
feel free to contact me for any reason.

  Sincerely,

  George McDermith, President
