Greetings to all:
Last night, the House of Representatives concurred with the Senate
Amendments to H.B. 1274. This means that our Commission for the Blind
will be a reality upon the Governor's signature. On that note, we are
requesting a formal signing ceremony with the Governor for which we will
get publicity and have a bunch of our members there. My hat off to all
of you who helped by making calls and sending e-mails!! Thank you so
much!! Because of your work, we have opened a brand new chpater in the
life of the blind in the State of Colorado. Stay tuned for more
developments.
