The tax I.D. number is usually handled by the chapter president.
However, many places such as beyond sight already have the number.

hello mellissa,

thanks for the message that you sent to the list. sorry, that i haven't
gotten back with you, because both becca and i have been in michigan
since august 4th, and then got back to colorado on august 18th, so we
are playing catch up on things.

as for the door prizes, we will get to it this weekend and soon. we plan
to talk to brent this week or next week, so we can get the letters for
the tax right off for getting door priizes for the convention. as soon
as we get this information will do it, and i will also keep you posted
as well too.

again, thanks for the information this is very appreciative, and this is
what we need with communication.
