You may want to  see if your VIST  Coordinator at your local VA Medical 
Center attended the joint agency, VA and DoD, TBI and Neurology, and Loss of 
Vision conference  in San Antonio, Texas back in the first week of December 
, 4-7, 2007.
Robber Kozel, the Audie Murphy VAMC, BROS, San Antonio, Texas was one of the 
presenters. Papers may be ready for release soon.
