Thank you for your information Vito, as it stands now under Social Services 
the blind veterans are not eligible  for the same benefits of other disabled 
veterans.  Such as mental help, recreational  therapy which is desperately 
needed for the blinded veteran.  Because many of them have become reclusive. 
and isolated.  I have to disagree with you because the two departments offer 
different types of help.
