[Blindvet-talk] Walter Reed Army Medical Center

Ken,
Tell him that Blind Soldiers aren't getting the care they need! We want to
know how a VA System with 8 rehab Centers staffed for less than 300 active
beds can handle all the vets that are on waiting lists plus the 1000 plus with
serious eye injuries waiting in Military Hospitals.
Why is Walter Reed so understaffed that we can't even send the troops
Christmas Cards?
. That should be 2 good ones!

Dwight, I think we need to get a bit resourceful! Perhaps if we all contact
our Senators and Congressman of our respective States and question them as
to why it is so difficult to have access to our Blind brothers in uniform
for assistance and guidance after they return home,, they might just start
to jump in and assist us in the effort of finding out why this is!! Kirk
