Good Evening to everyone,
I really appreciate your idea. I am new to this list. I am a life partner
of a Veteran. He is not blind, but I am. Many issues can go both ways,
especially because my father was a Lutenant Coronel. I, for instance, would
like to talk to or email with partners of Veterans, especially if there are
PTSD issues around. I have given many resources to Veterans, who for some
reason did not get any benefits. I worked for the Department of
Rehabilitation in CA and put Veterans first, breaking any state rules and I
would do it all over again. I also helped people who get a less then
honorable discharge with resources how to get it upgraded to honorable,
especially if those people had disabilities.
If you gust still want to talk to me, I certainly would enjoy this list.
Marianne
