[Blindvet-talk] Our Constitution has been approved by the National Board !

Our Constitution has been approved by the National NFB Board. We are a  
National Division, with all the rights and responsibilities that comes along  with 
that  approval.
We will hold a NABV Board Meeting January 6 to approve and press on with  our 
development of this very important National Division.
I will send out the call in instructions to all board members today.
Please acknowledge the receipt of these instructions, so we will know you  
got them and that you will be planning to attend this meeting.
