Incidentally, they make sticky-note index cards, so the Braille would hold
up a little better once you get it out of your slate.

They also sell sticky-note-glue sticks.  Apply to the back of a regular
index card, let it sit for a few minutes, then stick it where you want it.

I saw the former just this weekend, and writing the message prompted me to
remember the latter.
