Cari,
I use a spiral-bound index card notebook and a slate for quick notes to
self. Also, since I can see colors, I use an assortment of sticky note
flags and colors to mark things that I need to identify quickly without
really figuring out what they are.
I've seen people paper clip small cards with Braille on them to papers for
that, but I can identify the color faster than I can read the Braille, so
that's what I do. I actually have been meaning to see if I can either
modify a hard pencil case to hold my sticky pads in place more securely so
I can carry the sticky pads wherever I want without them getting messed
up. If there are others who use this kind of thing and are interested,
I'll report back what I come up with.
