[Blindtlk] Filling Out Forms In Microsoft Word 2003

I am looking at ways to assist one of my coworkers doing her job--she
works part time at another location, and her job there entails a lot
of paperwork; clients fill out paper forms, turn them in after
signing, and so on. but I am thinking that if I can figure out how to
fill out the forms on the computer and print them out, that would be
just as well; better, because you have an electronic copy of the form.

The forms though, are just that, there are spaces set aside to fill in
the information, but when I try to do that, it screws the form up--
everything gets out of whack. Is there a way to set up the form so I
can imply tab through fields, kind of like edit boxes on a web page,
input the information, and print it out looking all nice and
professional like it is supposed to? If so, how could I set up such a
system?

Since we're on that topic, we gtive out certificates to clients who
take certain classes we offer, and I'm wondering if there's a way to
do something similar, add a place for the date, and the person's name,
and print them out. Thoughts on any of this are appreciated.

I've discovered I relaly enjoy the workshops, and the more work I am
able to do, the more they will rely on me, I think, to help out.

Jane
