[Blindtlk] possibly loosing more vision!

I have contacted them before to find out if I qualify. They told me I probably would, so they sent me the papers for my eye doctor to fill out. I am waiting on my eye doctor now. He (my eye doc) says my vision is not that bad (even with my numbers the way they are).

Have you contacted the Hadley School for the blind?  They havce several courses that should be helpful to you; Independent Living, Labeling Methods (I'm not sure of the name of that course.  You may email me directly if you like.  I'm a Vision Rehabilitationb Therapist and will try to answer any questions you may have.  Take care and best wishes.
