[Blindtlk] Looking into canes

I find people are profusely apologetic if they kick my cane at a
restaurant or something.  I just point out that it's nearly six feet long,
and that I trip over the thing too sometimes.  *grin*  The people who get
angry really need to realize that if they're going to have a cane that
doesn't fold, it's likely to be in someone's way now and then, whether
they intend it or not.  A little perspective is a good thing.
