[Blindtlk] Rerouting Used Braille Materials

Hi guys,

I have a question. First of all, if this is a repetition, I'm
apologizing in advance. I don't honestly remember whether I've put out
feelers here before or not.

Anyway, I have hordes of old Braille magazines, and it is way past time
to downsize. I just have a huge problem throwing these away however,
due to the fact that they are so expensive to produce.

My understanding is that there are other countries which are hungry for
these types of donations, and where they would be put to good use. Does
anyone know where I might obtain addresses to forward these donations
too, and whether or not they can be shipped "Free Matter?" I was told a
while back that National Braille Press had mailing labels for this
purpose, but I'm told that they no longer have these.

Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!
