[Blindtlk] FW: The fly Swatter or the Hammer

I used the word complaining, maybe I should have worded It better, I wasn't 
saying that we should go in and start yelling and cussing at them.
We just have to work with them, and point out to them the good points with 
the service.
When I was in ST. Louis, I would let them know when a bus or train driver 
wasn't calling out the stops, but I would also point out his or her good 
points as well.
