You are essentially correct, except for your dates.  It was
definitely not 1990.  I started working for NFB in early 1991, and it
wasn't there yet.  The first dial-up newspaper was in flint Michigan
in 1987 I believe.  The second was in March of 1990 in the Twin
Cities, and the third, which I started was in Albuquerque in June of
1990.  It was called Newsline for the Blind, which is where the
Newsline name came from -- thought of by yours truly.

I believe Mike was right that it was early 1994.  I believe Dr.
Jernigan had first number, Harold Snider 2nd, and me the third.  I
don't know who the actual first caller was.
