Dear All,
    Can someone give me some information about informed choice as it relates to someone attending one of our NFB centers rather than a State-run facility? Is it strictly a matter of choice on the part of the consumer or does the consumer need to show some justification in the way of an added benefit over the State program?Any information or references would be greatly appreciated.
