Hey!
Feel free to pass the following note on to anyone that you think would
benefit from this information...
I am happy to announce that within the next month or two, I will be
launching my very own internet radio station.
The station will feature all types of content..From music to talk..And
anything else new and exciting we can come up with to be and sound as
creative as possible.
Unfortunately, I do not have many people on the broadcasting team..And
that's where you come in!
If you're looking to have a little fun, can act responsibly, have a creative
mind, and have a love for broadcasting and/or working with radio in some way
shape or form, then we're looking for you! There is no money to be paid out
to anyone! this is purely a way to spend some time that's fun for those who
love radio and being creative.
Prior broadcasting experience isn't necessary, but you should be a compitent
user of your computer, so that if you do need some training on how to
broadcast, we can get you up and running as soon as possible.
There may be some other ways that you can help the station if you don't feel
like broadcasting, and pre recorded/sindicated programming is also welcome.
Those who are good with sound editors such as GoldWave and/or Sound Forge
are encouraged to apply, since we might need to help some people who are not
as good with these programs in the creation of show promos.
All interested parties should either go to
http://www.thedjdinvasion.com/contact.html
to contact me with any questions prior to filling out the simple broadcaster
application.
However, if you're all ready to fill it out, head on over to
http://www.thedjdinvasion.com
and click on the link that appears there for the broadcaster application.
If you plan on applying to be a broadcaster, you must be at least 18 years
old and have a broadband internet connection.
A creative station name is also being searched for, so if you think of any
names that you think might be good, you can send them through the contact
form or application, both linked above.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope we get some great and
innovative people on what should be a very exciting adventure into station
creation.
All the best,
david, A.K.A Djd, host of The Djd Invasion and station manager
