[Blindtlk] sending things Free Matter

I would discuss it with her with this law in hand. You should not have to be
inconvenienced in the least bit by her lack of education. Copy and paste the
law into a word document, and they can look it up in their books. Tell her
you will file a complaint with the 800 ask usps if she can't get her facts
straight. That's what I had to do at the last place where I lived. They kept
giving me the run around and saying this and that and this and that was the
law, and the law changed every five minutes in their eyes, and finally I
said, "I'm giving you people till tomorrow to get your facts straight and
stop running me around, or I'll take this higher if you're too lazy to look
the information up and be correct about this." And they called me an hour
later and profusely apologized and said they would correct it with every
employee there.
