[Blindtlk] Need some help finding a Monitor article

Dear Gary,
    Thank you for the suggestion. I think I found the article. Though I 
remember the gentleman speaking at Convention, the article that I was 
looking for seems to have been in the June issue. I have glanced at it and 
think it is the one. I was just looking for it in the later issues, as I 
thought it was his convention presentation. I think it would be a great 
article for all Chapters to share with their local Lions clubs, as it would 
help build these partnerships.
