[Blindtlk] Plextalk (PTR2) question.

I'm posting this here because I'm not sure which of the lists on the NFBnet
server is best for it.  If Dave or Mike or Steve could forward this to the
appropriate list or lists, that would be great.
 
I am using a PTR2 for recording class lectures.  I dislike using the built
in microphone because I cannot control the recording level.  Can anyone
recommend a good, but small, external mic that would work well with the
