[Blindtlk] NFB Director of Public Relations, Baltimore (David Andrews)

Hi this is Abby, and I have a question. Does this also cover people that
the NFB help, such as students having difficulties with school districts
that want to expose the things districts are doing. Does this apply, can it
be publicized in the way explained in the original message.
