>Proposal Submission Details

>Individuals interested in submitting a proposal for the conference should use the following guidelines: proposals should be submitted electronically to Christine Brown, Conference Chair. Each proposal should address the following:

> * Title of presentation
> * Name and contact information of lead presenter
> * Name and contact information of additional presenters
> * Presentation abstract: Provide a summary of the proposed presentation that explains the focus and major points of the presentation. Abstract should not exceed 200 words in length.
> * Audiovisual equipment. All presenters are responsible for their own audiovisual equipment.
> * Handouts. Presenters are not required to furnish handouts of their presentation; however, if handouts are to be used, presenters must provide them in alternative formats (e.g., Braille, Large print or CD).
