Good Morning to All,
 
I have a couple of issues with regard to the Kurzweil scanning program
that I'm hoping someone can help with. 
 
1. Is there anyone here who can walk me through the process of scanning
a document as an image file so that the handwritten signature will be
legible, and the format unaltered, and then emailing the document so
that it can be viewed, printed and used by the average lay person.

2.  Is there someone who can walk me through the process of using the
Kurzweil "fax" feature, including how to set up one's preferences.
 
Please do not be afraid to be overly explicit and "dumb it down" for me.
I'm great at operating the high-tech stuff once I am trained, but I am
not good at all at troubleshooting or figuring it out for myself.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
