[Blindtlk] Real Tech HD Audio Manager

Hi, I'm having trouble switching from headphones back to the speakers. Can
anyone help me out? Right now, Jaws  is coming out of the speakers, but when
I re-start it, the voice goes back to coming from the headphones. Real Tech
HD Manager is not screen reader friendly...maybe there's another way? I've
tried everything I can think of, but sometimes I have mental blocks when I
start feeling like I have no control over things like the computer.
