[Blindtlk] information

Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone on the list has any information about programs to help the blind in other countries?
I am looking mainly for information about countries in Europe like Hungry and the other former communist countries.
I need information such as if these countries have any programs in place for job training, adjustment to blindness, and training with assistive technology.
Also if any Christian missions are doing anything to improve the life of the blind over seas.
