[Blindtlk] traveling

Wait, just a minute!!! You're twenty seven? Let me ask you something. Am
I correct in guessing that you're living with your parents? IF so, let me
suggest to you that perhaps the first thing you really MUST do is get a
place of your own. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this;
because, so long as you're living with your parents, (if this is indeed the
case) YOU, WILL, NEVER be able to obtain the kind of independent living you
both need and deserve. Why is it you have no place of your own; even a
simple apartment? If you are trapped, as I rather suspect you are, you will
need to look towards acquisitioning an apartment of your own; and as soon as
humanly possible. Bonnie's absolutely right on when she guesses that it's
your parents who are afraid to let you do anything because you're blind. At
least you have the guts to try stuff anyhow. That's in your favor; even
though it doesn't feel like it right now. Bonnie's right about something
else too. Strictly from a legal point of view, your parents cannot control
you. You are no longer a minor. This looks like it could get nasty unless
we can help you break through this somehow.
Sincerely yours,
The Constantly Barefooted,
Ray

I'm 27.
The last time I took off to try and go to the mall, my father followed me
and needless to say, I ended up going home with him the minute I got there.
