Hi,
I think he may be talking about the "rabbit ear" clips that many offices use
to keep files together. There also the folders that have the traditional
fold-over brads for the 3-hole papers. The Rabbit-ear clips are 4-inch long
mettal strips that come up from the back of the paper and fold over--just
like the shorter brads.
