Hi Tai,
I typically use the clear dymnotape for labeling my file folders, or you
can use the nontransparent dymnotape if you are going to e the only one
accessing the folders. The reason for the clear tape is so that they
printed label is visible through the Braille label.
For labeling individual documents within the folder, I typical either
Braille on post-it notes, or manila envelopes.
The post-its don't hold up under a lot of pressure, so others may have
better ideas. Another thing I have done is Brailed on an index card,
and attached it to a given document. I typically don't label individual
pages.

Subject: [Blindtlk] Filing print papers
Hi, all. I wanted to hear from you regarding your methods of filing. I
am trying to come up with a new filing system for printed materials. How
do you label your hanging file folders and subfolders? Do you label
individual pages and if so, how do you affix braille or some other
identifier to them? I am not interested in print methods since I am
totally blind and cannot use large print. What kinds of labels or
categories do you use for this?
Thanks for any input.
Tai
