Actually, you'd have to know where his business is and the name, in order 
for the Better Business Bureau to help.  Additionally, they'd know if there 
had been complaints against him, but not necessarily if he has a license. 
So, the Department of State would provide more information.

I was planning on staying for two days. My Dad doesn't want to stay any
longer than that. AS far as calling NY to find out if he really does what he
says he does, not a bad idea, except who would I call...Chamber of Commerce?
