Hey, I never said I owned or used a $400 money identifier.  There are ways
we have of dealing with our money which do not require such an expense.  Do
you know what they are?  IF not, perhaps you should find out.  I'll give you
one hint now.  It has to deal with how it's folded.  You can't always expect
the world to adapt to you because you're blind.

    When I looked at the story, I saw there, (not to my surprise I must say)
that the ACB was behind  this foolishness.  As long as this sort of shallow
minded stupidity is perpetrated on us, there will always be a need for the
National Federation Of The Blind.  Is there no chance we could appeal this
absurdity?

Some people can't afford the $400 for a note teller to read there money.
They have to just hope that the person at the store don't rip them off,
witch 711 will do.
