Hi, I am a new member to this list.  I have a technology question and I apologize before hand if this is not okay to post.  I can't get a friend's computer to recognize her CDRW.  She is running windows XP home.  The CDRW won't play any kind of CD, and if I do a run command and type the drive letter it says insert a CD.  Can someone help?
