[Blindtlk] blind hunters

Actually, the situation isn't as simple as is being portrayed here. As I 
understand it, the proposed Texas law would allow blind "hunters" to use 
laser devices that, in effect, blind the animals to be "hunted" so that they 
freeze in place so that those who are "vision-impaired" have a better chance 
of bagging them.

Pardon me but no person who wants to call himself/herself a hunter would 
condone such unsportsmanlike conduct!
