I am certainly not opposed to identifiable money.  You ask about 
other countries, it is possible that money came about in a variety of 
ways, that is the design, so the accessibility may be an accident, or 
icing on the cake.  If it happens, the cost shouldn't be blamed on 
us, because that is what will happen.  Businesses who have to pay big 
bucks to change things will certainly blame us, and not be disposed 
to hire blind people.  This is potentially where this thing is 
employment related, and it may matter what sighted people 
think.  They will also think  "what's next.)!
