Hi all,

After our success with getting histograms sorted, Volker Sorge and I have turned our attention to other types of plots.

Please take a look at a boxplot example using Firefox or chrome as your browser:

https://zorkow.github.io/BrailleR/www/generic.html?mole=data/boxplots/CarMilage

and give me feedback about your experience. The text might not be perfect, but it is the value of such interactivity that interests me.

We are close to having direct access from R sorted. If you have downloaded the GitHub version of BrailleR before now then you will need to do so again. I will not release this experimental work to the CRAN version until June. Once you have re-installed BrailleR from GitHub, then you will be able to run the command:
    MakeAccessibleSVG(hist(airquality$Ozone, xlab="Ozone"))
N.B. you must be using an SVG-friendly browser as your default browser for this to be any use. Internet explorer does not display SVG and it is a Microsoft problem, not a BrailleR problem.

Thanks in advance for any feedback you can offer.

Cheers,
Jonathan
