[BlindMath] Workshop/Education Support for the Barrier-Free Mathematics Education Platform (ENMEP)

Hi,

I am the founder of the Barrier-Free Mathematics Education Platform (ENMEP)
in Turkey. I am also a PhD student specializing in accessible mathematics
education for visually impaired students.Through this platform, nearly 200
visually impaired middle and high school students receive online
mathematics lessons from volunteer educators. Our number of volunteer
teachers is close to 60.

For the dates between November 11-18 and beyond, if there are individuals
who would like to share their knowledge and experiences with our volunteer
math teachers through an online training or workshop at a time convenient
for Turkey, please send your responses to engelsizmatematikorg at gmail.com.

Additionally, we would be delighted to welcome visually impaired role
models pursuing careers in STEM fields to our "Career & Mentorship: My
Story" event, where they could inspire our high school students. In the
past term, Civil Engineer Nathanael Walles and Prof. Mona Minkara
participated in this event and held discussions with our visually impaired
high school students, leaving a lasting impact on them. Remarkably, for the
first time in Turkey, a visually impaired student chose to pursue a degree
in Physics, thanks to the ENMEP platform last term.
