Job Description
 

Who You Are:

This attorney will provide a meaningful support role in Getty Images
legal team in support of our legal and business activities, including
commercial, intellectual property, litigation and IT legal issues. This
individual will serve as a true generalist and part of a larger team of
attorneys working to support Getty Images corporate headquarters and
field offices.

Your Next Challenge: 
Serve as local legal contact for commercial, intellectual property, HR,
litigation, IT, regulatory and other legal issues. 
Provide general associate-level support to members of legal team located
in Seattle and other US offices. 
Independently prepare and manage legal documentation (contracts, legal
correspondence, etc.) and other materials related to job duties. 
Provide practical business counseling and legal support to assigned
internal clients. 
What You'll Need: 
Juris Doctorate and member in good standing with the Washington State
Bar (or other state bar). 
A minimum of two to four years experience with general commercial,
licensing, and intellectual property issues. 
Prior knowledge and experience negotiating and drafting contracts and
agreements. 
Prior experience counseling business clients. 
Prior experience drafting contracts and counseling business clients. 
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with in-house
clients, outside customers and service vendors. 
Perform complex tasks with minimal direction and/or supervision. 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Communicates clearly with internal and external parties, including
clients and outside legal counsel. 
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks. 
Ability to work productively in a changing environment.
