JOB SUMMARY:

Partnerships for Safer Communities
Providing Federal Leadership In Developing The Nation's Capacity To
Prevent And Control Crime, Administer Justice, And Assist Victims.

First cut-off date for application review will be 11/15/2007 and every
30 days thereafter up to the closing date of 9/30/08.  Final review for
this vacancy announcement will be for applications received or
postmarked by 9/30/08.

Applicants must meet qualification requirements by the next applicable
cutoff date at the time of receipt of application.  

This announcement is being used to establish an applicant inventory and
will be used to fill vacancies as they occur.  The inventory list will
be updated every 30 days.

The incumbent of this position will serve as secretary and personal
assistant to assigned Assistant United States Attorneys in the Office of
the U.S. Attorney, Northern District of Illinois.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

*	U.S. citizenship is required. 
*	Ability to type 40 words per minute is required. 
*	A narrative statement addressing the KSA's is required.
