I should have mentioned this when we talked, Deborah, there is a JAWS
user at Lexis who works in technical support. Here is his phone number
and extension.
(800) 543-6862 ext. 53367
He is not going to be of assistance from a substantive perspective but
he has assisted me with JAWS technical issues when I first started using
Lexis last year.

Subject: [blindlaw] seeking tutor for legal data bases
Hello All,
I am a student at the University of Washington School of Law. I'm
looking for someone who is an expert at using JAWS for doing electronic
legal research who I could hire to tutor me (over the phone) on both
Lexis Nexis and Westlaw. I'm able to pay $35 an hour and would prefer
to find someone who has three to four hours a week available for the
next month. I need to get caught up but would take what hours I can
find. I've spoken with the Westlaw rep who knows JAWS but didn't find
it very helpful.
Please contact me off-list if you are interested.
Thank you,
Deborah Byrne
