Good afternoon,
Please tell me that this is a joke. Clearly something needs to be done
about hybrid vehicles to protect all users of the roads. And, vehicles are
not the primary cause of greenhouse gases. However, to suggest that global
warming is a fantasy does detract from the credibility of your argument.
