JOB SUMMARY:

This position serves as a Trial Attorney, located in the 

Midwestern Service Center, Enforcement and Litigation Division, 

Office of Chief Counsel, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration 

(FMCSA).With minimal supervision and direction, you will provide 

legal advice and assistance on all aspects of the enforcement 

program administered by the agency. As an attorney, you will 

represent the agency in complex litigation related to 

enforcement cases and judicial proceedings initiated by or against 

the FMCSA and serve in a national role by providing legal advice and 

assistance regarding policy decisions related to the enforcement 

program and the FMCSA mission as a whole.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position serves as a Trial Attorney, located in the
Midwestern
Service
Center
, Enforcement and Litigation Division,
Office of Chief Counsel, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
(FMCSA).With minimal supervision and direction, you will provide
legal advice and assistance on all aspects of the enforcement
program administered by the agency. As an attorney, you will
represent the agency in complex litigation related to
enforcement cases and judicial proceedings initiated by or against
the FMCSA and serve in a national role by providing legal advice and
assistance regarding policy decisions related to the enforcement
program and the FMCSA mission as a whole.
