Hi Everyone;

I can use some expert advice on two issues:  First, I am, amongst other 
things I STICK MY FINGERS IN <smile>, in the process of OPENING A RETAIL 
STORE FRONT.  Now I need to put an EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK containing the do's and 
don'ts.  Has any of the attorneys on the list helped to compile such 
materials?  If yes, would you please contact me privately?  If not, is there 
some kind of a resource I can possibly turn to?

Second, with respect to the incorporation of a company, what is or are the 
difference(s) between an LLC company and an I N C Company?  Which is better 
and why?
