Please see the below and respond directly. Ronza, maybe you can contact him
because you have criminal defense experience. As for the blindness angle,
it is likely common sense blindness issues with a criminal defense angle.
Any way, besides Ronza, I would ask anyone who could help this attorney to
contact directly.

Subject: [ADRC Listserv] Urgent - Lawyer for Blind Criminal Defendant
Dear ADRC list: I received a call this morning from a lawyer going
to trial on Monday with a blind client charged with mail and wire
fraud. The lawyer would really like to talk with someone with
experience (or knowledge about) representing criminal defendants with
disabilities, ideally blind defendants. He would love for someone to
review his pleadings to make sure he has a good record for appeal.
If you think you can help, please contact this lawyer directly at:
Shaun Clarke
> <SClarke at gergerclarke.com>
He is in New Orleans for the trial, and can most easily be reached
through Gail Letman at 504-556-4031. His case is: U.S. v. Barry
Scheur, et al, Crim No. 07-169, Eastern district of Louisiana
Lainey
