Hi Anil,
Come see me at Washington Seminar. If you're interested, my hard drive is
full of first year notes, outlines, supplemental scans and mp3 lectures from
my first year.
best regards,
Tim Elder

Subject: [blindlaw] Bluebook and Westlaw
I subscribe the the list in digest form so I received all the input at once.
I wanted to take the time to thank all that have responded, and share some
feedback.
On the Bluebook, I did get a copy in PDF, but the OCR presented a problem,
especially with the new blue pages. I got a better scan when I manually
scanned the book. I still think a digital version from the publisher would
be best. If there is some effort to get a digital version from the
publisher, let me know how I can participate in that effort.
The Cornell law website at
<http://www.law.cornell.edu/citation/> http://www.law.cornell.edu/citation/
seems to be very usable. I just need to become more familiar with citations
in general first to know exactly what to look for. I wonder if there is a
way to download the entire text without having to maneuver through the
various links.
On Westlaw, I will follow up to see if I can take the telephonic training.
I have received mixed responses on the usability of the text based version.
I have already played a little with the standard access, but not with the
text based site. I will play with it to see if it works for me.
Thanks for all the assistance,
Anil
