Hey Lisa,

I would think that APH would be best equipped to answer this question. Did they have any advice about that specific situation? It would seem that they must have had to deal with it before, such as when a student moves or something like that.

Have you posted this to the rehab list on nfbnet? They might no more about the APH quota funds there.
